- Bing Dao is the most famous tea region in Lin Cang area. There are 5 Bing Dao old villages (Bing Dao old village, Nanpo, Di Jie, etc.) Pu-erh teas produced by these 5 villages are all called Bing Dao. However, Bing Dao Old village is more expensive than the rest of 4 villages.
- These five villages are divided by the lake and West side mountain has Bing Dao old village, Nanpo, and Diji while East has remaining two villages. Usually, West side is considered more expensive.
- Compared to the famous Lao Ban Zhang, volume of the tea produced in Bing Dao region are less than 1/10 and thus praised for its scarcity (not to mention its flavor).

- 2015: Sheng Tai Tea leaves from Nan Po (南迫).
- 2017: Gushu Tea leaves (elevation 1600-1800m) from Bing Dao Old Village (冰岛老寨).
